Terms of delivery of Šperky s.r.o.

    • The minimum value of an order for a shipment must be at least 240 Kc without postage!
    • All prices in our Eshop include VAT 20%
    • Goods are delivered by a courier service PPL, Czech Post in the Czech Republic during working days only! Delivery of a package during public holidays or weekends is not possible.


    • Orders placed after 3 pm. and in the weekend are processed the next working day!

    Delivery period and the stock level of the Sperky Eshop

    • The delivery period depends on avaliability of the chosen goods.
    • Avaliability of the goods is signalized by the GREEN shopping cart shown in the picture.

    • In case the goods are sold out, the shopping cart is marked RED and the jewellery cannot be ordered.

    • If you are interested in goods currently sold out, please insert your email address into the window on the site of the good. You will be automatically notified, as soon as the good is avaliable and it can be ordered again.


    Vložte svoj email, pri naskladení Vám pošleme mailom upozornenie

    • Once is the ordered jewellery avaliable, it is sent by return the next day. It means you will get it in approximately 3 to 4 days after the placement of the order.


    • In case you do not find the goods in your mail box or you are not notified about incoming mail, do not hesitate to contact us. We will provide you with a shipment number  or a contact to a courier.


    Ways of delivery – Czech Post or a courier service PPL

    • The goods are shipped by Czech Post cash on delivery or by a courier service. The price of postage is 120 Kč in the Czech Republic


    Ways of payment Šperky Eshop

    • The goods can be payed directly by a takeover of the delivery or with a bank transfer to our account (ČSOB Bank, Hodonín, CZ). The way of payment can be chosen while placing the order.


    • On a shipment day a notification will be sent to you via email. If you are not reached, you should find a new mail  notification in your mailbox.


    • If a courier does not reach you at home, you will be called by the courier directly and a new time and place of delivery will be arranged.



    • The price of the shipment with the Czech Post is unified. For orders up to 2000 Kč costs of the postage is 120 Kč, for those which are  more expensive the postage is for free.


    • The seller is not responsible for any possible damage or delay caused by the deliverer!
